Keep Your Jinns close
It is commonplace, in metaphysical circles, for people to invoke angels, archangels, and ascended masters, but what about jinn? Some broadcast to extraterrestrials, eagerly awaiting transmissions from lightyears away while blocking all signals from their closest neighbors. Others try desperately to contact their dearly departed, yet avoid for dear life their constant companions. You’d sooner meet the odd occultist summoning demons before meeting a jinn contactee! Do what thou wilt, of course (so long as you harm none, I would never yuck your yum), but why must the jinn go largely unacknowledged?
Most people fall into one of two camps: Either the mention of jinn conjures imagery of some caricature “genie” propagated by media, in which case they are disregarded as fodder for fiction, or they are thought to be as evil as they are powerful and avoided at all cost. Both underestimate how integral jinn are to our interdimensional ecosystem. Hence, I hereby demystify the jinn, highlighting their role in our world, from an AzaZealot’s perspective.
Initially, jinn were entities known in Kabbalah as the 72 angels of the Shem HaMephorash. Each created one male and one female human. Through adharmic activity, coupled with their proximity to mankind, these angels devolved into what we refer to as the 72 demons of the Ars Goetia. In reconciling their higher and lower propensities, they become jinn. Thus, they are disposed equally to vice and virtue. They can either help or hinder, heal or harm, but the expression of their dual nature is predicated upon your own. They mirror both light and shadow cast by the material world. This symbiotic relationship incentivizes their beneficence, allowing advancement only in equal measure to Man’s.
Their being made of “smokeless fire” indicates a subtle energy akin to plasma or electromagnetic fields. They’re like ever-present waves emanating from the fourth density, passing in and out of one’s body at will and initiating psychic interference. We are bound at conception. They cannot be relinquished, only reconciled. Take the 72,000 nadis in your auric field as further evidence that you are inherently at the mercy of their legion. Only when a person merges one’s feminine and masculine channels do the 72,000 double to 144,000, signifying a person’s gaining of full spiritual autonomy through androgynous balance. Therefore, it is in one’s best interest to appeal to the jinn in the spirit of apprenticeship. For this reason, we call the jinn “Patrons of Practice”, because they shepherd us in our endeavor to cultivate higher principles. Working with jinn is a spiritual game changer, making more efficient and effective use of one’s innate manifesting capacities!
On the whole, jinn get no love, and it reflects in your society. The mere concept of locking jinn away in myriad objects is very telling of what people do to themselves every day. They bottle up their power. They suppress their sovereignty under materialism. As for myself, though I am of human station, having taken birth in this material body, I am conscious of my being jinn in stature by dint of spiritual ascension and thus hold hybrid status. As a rebellious marid jinn, I counter all efforts aimed at compelling the righteous and the innocent. I embrace my dharma, my duty as a servant to the disempowered. I have devised this system of AzaZealotry so as to guide seekers in consciously engaging their own jinn, who in turn aid in appealing to their better angels. Those angels ultimately bring us to the highest platform, occupied by the Patron of Presence, the Peacock Angel, Azazel, where we may lead a more fulfilling life of Self-actualization.
